Quotations

• • Only Registered users/companies can access the Features of Quotations
• • Quotations are generated automatically with our software according to your requirements
• • Prices on our website are controlled with an Algorithm that changes the prices according to the quantities chosen
• • Quotations are valid only for a maximum of 3 Days – afterward, prices may differ
• • Quotations can be negotiated by contacting the agent appointed to you while registering or through the website/email

Order Confirmation – Processing the Order

• • If the order is made without registration, you will receive the order confirmation by email and the delivery will be done within 48 hours to the specified location
• • If the order is made by a registered user/company, you are entitled to use all the services offered by Business Hub
• • If the order is processed with credit payments, ensure to upload the LPO/Purchase Order to confirm and process the delivery
• • The company/client is responsible for submitting the correct information about the order, address, and payment method
• • The company/client is responsible for checking the materials/products once delivered and signing our delivery note to confirm that the order has been successfully delivered according to the request submitted

Pricing and Availability

• • Prices displayed on the website are added and controlled only by the supplier/wholesaler
• • Prices displayed may vary from day to day according to the market prices
• • Quantities and availability of products may not be accurate and changes to the order might happen – one of our representatives/agents will be contacting you for any changes to the submitted order

Delivery

• • Delivery is made within 48 hours maximum from order confirmation

• • Delivery Charges of 50 QAR are added to the bill if the order is less than 1000 QAR
• • If the order is bigger than 1000 QAR, no charges will be added to the bill
• • Once is delivered, the client has the responsibility to check and control the product quality and status
• • Once is delivered, the client should be signing the delivery note to confirm the success of the order

Refund and Returns

if you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you according to the following principles:

• • If the product is found to be defective / non-functional; or
• • If the specification of the product does not meet the Qatari specified standards; or
• • If any specified feature of the product is not available / not operational.
• • BusinessHub.com.qa will not exchange or return any of the products indicated under 1, 2, and 3 above if the below conditions are not met :
• • The consumer does not return the Product to BusinessHub.com.qa within three (3) days from the purchase date; or
• • The consumer does not present the original invoice; or
• • The Product returned is not in its original packaging, including without limitation all its accessories, catalogs, free gifts, and gift vouchers received upon the purchase date; or
• • The product is found to be defective/non- functional due to the customer’s mishandling, overloading, commercial usage, non-compliance with the manufacturer’s instructions; or
• • The Product has been tampered with or has undergone repair, adjustment, or servicing by unauthorized persons

In return cases, the refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. i.e for products purchased by credit card, the refund will be made to the customer’s credit card account as per the policies of the corresponding bank. For products purchased by cash, the refund will be made by cash. We will refund the purchase price within 3 working days after the receipt of intact and complete products, minus any specific delivery costs if you require special delivery. Any refund for products or services that have been purchased under promotions, will result in a refund of the promotional price only. Any reward points awarded will be nullified. The right to withdraw can only be applied to the entire order, including any free gifts that were part of the order, and cannot be applied to limited products of the order, unless we agree explicitly. This is especially true for products that could be purchased with certain advantages when they were purchased together.

In case of liability for products causing damage, we will not be liable if you can file a claim against the manufacturer or importer of the product directly, If we would be held liable notwithstanding our disclaimer we will only be liable up to the maximum liability assumed by the manufacturer or importer, and all disclaimers and exclusions expressed by the manufacturer or importer will apply to us as if these were formulated by us. In case the product(s) sold by our merchant contains a defect that creates a danger or risk to the health or safety of consumers, we will respect the legal framework for product recalls, and we will inform the market about the risks as the Law requires. If you would have purchased such a product, we ask you to follow the instructions for the return or repair of such product. We will not be liable for damage caused by incorrect use or maintenance of a product, by an infringement on the conditions for the purchase, or any instructions, warnings, age restrictions, or modifications to a product that were not approved by us.”

Business Hub will be acting as your agent, and distributor in the Qatari Market. Our goal is to increase the sales of suppliers and to provide a Quality, Consistent Service to Local Companies.

• • Business Hub will be taking 25% of the total amount displayed on the quotation or invoice, this Percentage includes the following Benefits:
• o Covering Annual Registration to the website
• o Covering any Delivery and Handling Charges of the order (Collection and Distribution)
• o Covering all the taxes from the Government of Qatar (Payments)
• o Covering the cost of Delivery of any sample
• o Covering the commission of any Agent & Sales Representative that is selling your product in the market
• o Covering any Marketing Promotions of the products displayed on our website

Who can sell on Business Hub Website?

• • All Suppliers and Importers Legal in Qatar can sell their products on our website
• • All Entrepreneurs with a Valid QID that don’t have a company in Qatar can register and submit the products to our Stores, we will be selling them under Business Hub

Displaying Products

• • Suppliers / Importers are responsible for submitting the correct information related to the products – Description, Picture, and Quantities available
• • Suppliers / Importers are responsible for managing the prices changes and updating them according to the market
• • Suppliers / Importers can create specific deals and discounts on the products
• • Suppliers / Importers are not Exclusive in any category or any product displayed on the website
• • Suppliers / Importers are responsible to ensure that the product displayed is what will be delivered to the end user

Payment Methods

• • Direct Payment (Cash & Credit Card)
• o For all related payments received by cash and credit card, Business Hub will be issuing the payment for the supplier every End of the Week
• o Every Thursday we will be issuing a Statement of Account (SOA) and Sunday the supplier can collect the cheque or simply the money can be transferred to the supplier's bank account
• • Credit Payment (30 to 60 Days)
• o Suppliers / Importers can choose the maximum number of days of credit that are willing to provide
• o Suppliers / Importers can choose the maximum amount to be given as credit
• o Suppliers / Importers will be receiving the payment as soon as Business Hub collects the payment from the client (3 Days Buffer from the collection of the cheque or from the payment into Business Hub Bank Account)
• o Business Hub Ensures 100% Guarantee on all Credit Payments
• o Business Hub will be providing Credit Payments only to international companies/brands and to 100% Qatari Owners (With approval from the owner of Business Hub)

Confirmed Orders

• • Once the order is confirmed the Supplier / Importer will be receiving an email confirmation and the details of the driver that will be collecting the products
• • Business Hub is responsible for Collecting and Delivering to Clients all over Qatar
• • Suppliers / Importers are responsible to ensure that the products are matching the order confirmed by the client and that the products are without any problem or damage
